A project manager to support throughout the process and provide recommendations and expertise
When you begin your project with Smart Inc you’ll be allocated an experienced project manager who will work closely with you throughout the project. In your initial briefing your project manager will work with you to understand the scope of your project including your requirements, timeframes, print materials needed and what your overall goals are for your exhibition stand.
Then, they will work with the design team and produce a mock-up of your stand which will be shared with you for feedback. Once you have signed-off on the design, sizing, and materials to be used our team will begin production; with your project manager providing regular updates.
Once the stand materials have been produced you will be invited to see them before they’re sent to the final location in time for the stand build. Once the stand has arrived on location our team will place and build the stand exactly to your vision.
